It reminds me of Disgaea and it definitely is a JRPG. I love the mage.

the second character strarting from the right is gorgeous...

Pros: Good choice of colors, very imaginative characters. Mage and healer are my favorite. Effects compliment the designs pretty well.

Cons: Very hard to read. The thief lacks any distinctive properties. The warrior's body is especially hard to read.
