This is good. You need to watch out for banding and colors too close together. I'm barely able to tell the difference between the shadows and highlights. Also, the grey surrounding the lines of the back (I assume were ment to be a shadow?) seems a bit off.

Read into: http://www.pixeljoint.com/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=11299 and find out what banding is and why to avoid it. It'll also help you with tons more of pixel related awesomeness. Recommend it very much for anyone beginning to pixel such as yourself. :)
