Very nice, one of my favorite for the challange. Just the feet from the healer (top right) look a bit weird to me. However, the mage and thief are perfect, I just had swapped the job between mage and healer, because the mage looks like a kind of priest (or is the description wrong?)

I like the anime references and the poses are well suited (especially the side / back theif). The overall colour mix works well for all of them.
