 I'm sure the noise is probably because the piece was aa'd to a white background. Looks funny on dark grey, but the piece itself is really well-done

I think the noise may be a style choice?

 There's a lot of noise in the outlines, and you should put a lot more contrast.  But other than that, it looks pretty good.
