And I'm not really sure what you mean, on my monitor it seems pretty fine, you can really tell that the mouth is brighter then the "skin".
And yes, I agree with you. I could of make much more progress with this, but I dont feel like working on it anymore.
I'll take that as a note to the next pixel art I will make, maybe I will make another dragon, dunno.

Okay, I understand your intentions, but you do realize that your current shading makes the white mouth rather underwhelming? As both the face and the mouth are of similar brightness, I find it hard to focus on the most important part, and it also flattens the form.
I made a quick colour swap, but if you spent more time you could get somewhere between your version and my edit, but just enough contrast to make the eye stand out more as well as the mouth.
Wait, is that an edit, because the "report" kinda confused me.
If it is then, well I was thinking of making the face a-bit darker, but I didn't really want to leave only the mouth most visible nor the eyes, I actually like what you have done with the teeth. :P
Well, I actually know what you mean, I think you can see it by the way I made the teeth (way too dark xD), but the other lighting comes out of his eyes.

Very nice design and pixelling. I quite like the white, but I do think it would look better if the light reflected a bit more onto the lips and teeth. The white doesn't seem to shine very brightly at the moment, so it looks flat.
Well, it is supposed to be sort kind of lighting, I am not sure how to explain this. :P

That looks so cool! But the white inside of the mouth really takes away from the piece :s could be just me, but i think you could do something else about it.
