I like it, you did a good job. I think that next time you make something like this, maybe use as much of the space as possible, and it's hard to tell what some things are. Nice work.

 The shampoop helped me and this is almost exactly an iPad. Thanks for the tip, I'll get the gradient.

 The aspect ratio feels off to me... I think the iPad is not so wide!

I might try to taper off the gradient (on the top/right highlight) a bit as well.  It feels too abruptly cut off!

 Looks nice, but IIRC, the iPad only has 16 icons per page (4x4), not 20 (5x4). Although I do think you can change that if you jailbreak. I think the home button could also stand to be a wee bit larger than it is currently.
