Looks good!

The problem with the hand is anatomy, I think: the wrist is too short (almost nonexistent), or the hand itself is too big, or most probably both of these.

The face is a bit noisy, upper lip is a flat-looking cluster.

Watch that banding in your right arm.

 Amazing, but, you use reference?

 Any reference? I'd love to see how this compares to how you look in real life.
Btw, your one cheek looks very round compared to the other one. The people below made some fair points to.

The face and torso are awesome, but somehow that hand look... kinda, wrong ?

No idea how to explain it, but the perspective looks slighty... ah, I can't get the words to explain it. I think it comes from the fingers; dunno if that helps, sorry. :(

Great piece of work

 The preview confused me!  I thought my browser was "glitching" on the image :)

I like the pixel!  I think the outline on the shirt is too dark.  I don't think it's "bad" necessarily ... just a tad distracting!
