I'm not sure what the rules are for cycling animations like this. It seems that if she is making pancakes then she needs to put batter in the pan. But then she needs an endless supply of batter... which is not possible either... but my limited abiltiy with logic insists she needs to put batter in the pan. I don't think I'll sleep tonight.

Maybe it could stand a little more contrast everywhere.
Her left raised arm looks weird: at first I didn't see the change of arm and the pan, I thought she had a gloved hand; and the arm/elbow seems wrong, probably one pixel too many; but I understand why you put it there, it's probably too wiry without it. Dunno :(
Maybe one more frame during that fast rotation would make it more obvious.
