I know theres unneccessary dithering, because I put it there on purpose. I wanted it to be there to make my art look different.
Cute, I can read it well at 2x and while I like SacreDoom's visor better, it still looks good.
I agree with SacreDoom. The example they posted looked much cleaner. The dithering just made too much noise/a matte look and took away from the sleek metal/glass/sheen feeling I expected on the seemingly smooth surfaces. Also, as Groogokk said, the left arm could use a slight bit of darkening on the outline to define it and pop it out from the body a little more. Great pixels though. Clean lines and nice colour scheme.
There's a LOT of unneccessary dithering in this piece, I removed some of it: http://puu.sh/7nsk
I have to agree that it takes a while for you to recognize what's the body, the arm and (I'm guessing) the jetpack.
Good work, but on the left side of his/her body, I find it hard to see where what is meant to be part of the body and what is meant to be part of the arm.
Awsome design!
