Nice animation quality.
One minor suggestion I have is that the blue cube has a bit of a darker outline than the rest and so it seems to stand out more than the others. At least it does to me, on this site's default background. I know why you chose the colors you did and it's a good choice, but of course 0,0,128 for the blue outline is naturally darker than 128,128,0 for the yellow cube's outline.
I like the overall idea of this too.

I was a bit limited by choosing WIndows' default Icon color scheme.
And yet I even strayed from it when I chose the brighter red and the brighter pink at the top-part of the cubes.
Now that I look at it I see what you mean!
When zoomed in, there's not that much difference between the two bright yellows, and also the turqouise seem to blend into each other.
Mathematically, the colorchoices make sense but viewed all together the effect is a bit skewed.
Maybe there's a better solution.
I'll try to see if there's a better shade of blue I can use. I guess part of it is the background's fault but I should be able to make it look better.
