I agree with Delicious. In my opinion it's borderline pixel art (there's just barely enough detailing to keep it from being oekaki). That blurry line between mediums... *shrug*

It made it through, but my grip was that it doesn't take full advantage of the pixel medium which would bring up the question - Why pixel art?. I suppose it's more pixel art than it is oekaki though. Perhaps it was the zoom and the lack of texture and shading that made me feel that way...

Also, you have a long way to go still with the AA. Right now you get an ugly effect called banding, read up more about it here & here
