the snitch looks like like a tennis ball lol change color and look at some ref pics 
why don't you look at some references to help you with the snitch? I'd also say the quaffle and bludgers could use some work too. The shadows on the quaffle don't have enough contrast. It's also too red, a quaffle is pretty burgundy, and the indented portions should be a bit redder :D The bludgers aso don't have enough contrast, this time the highlight. Bludgers are also much darker! You have colors that are also indistinguishable in the snitch and bludgers.
If you take this to the wip section of the forums, people will help give you more tips 
grr... i cant seem to get the right angle on those wings!
do like those beaters. The golden snitch is so lazily done though. Come on!
