Yes the animated version of Kinnikuman made some very odd choices for the color of the supporting characters skin, two of the others ended up with blue skin and chalk white skin, despite all being a normal paled skinned human color in the comic.  But the comic made nearly everyone consist of their skin tone, white, and red so that has it's faults as well.

You are right about the foot, I'm afraid at the time I didn't give a lot of thought to this.

 I agree with Sanfrouah, the skin tone on the left is very pink. Also, the foot on the left of both looks very sharp and pointy, almost like some of it is cut off.

Nice! Colors are better on the red one.
