You need to clean up that bg.
You also need more, faster frames: the stars should ideally move by 1 px only between frames (that's 7x more frames) and they should go from edge to edge (unless you make a repeating pattern, that's another 14x more frames!).

However, don't go too fast either.

There only 4 frames. I am still learning, guys, sorry ;)
