I don't understand the dithering in the pumpkin lines, and the dithering in the background I can't even see unless I zoom in.  And the pixel missing on the right side of the candle is a bit distracting

 It was dark brown before I adjusted the contrast.  It still is dark brown, actually, but it's kinda hard to see :(

Seems like maybe you should be able to see the blade through the eye socket!  Also, if the candle inside the pumpkin is lit the interior probably shouldn't be black!  Nice little avatar though :)
