This basically happened to my computer when a memory stick died. It manifested with blue screens upon booting, but the idea is the same.

The curves could use some refinement, especially on the head of the lamp and the base of the tv. Also, that is either a very tiny lamp or a very large tv. Either way it doesn't seem proportional.

Looks like you've spent a lot of time on the animation. I sure hope you did that fade effect by hand. Also, remove the black outlines on stuff, and dont shade in blocky regions. Use more colors if you want to make it smoother. Shading something this big can be tricky, so I would advise you to start with fewer pixels.
