I feel like Disney owns Pixar. But I agree with the sentiment. Maudlin, overrated films.

 From a 2D classic Point of view it kind of does. I love how this looks and the idea in general. You've presented it well.

Loving the pose and the realistic, older Mickey. I'd skip the shading on the font though, makes it less readable.
