I guess my main issue with the blue is the appearance of reverse AA on the tree branches. Anyway, perhaps you could keep working on this a bit after the voting, I have a feeling that you can really make this piece really amazing by pushing these colours even further.

Also, I'm really liking the sunset area of this piece :D

@ ska: interesting suggestion, although I do like the grey blue, I think that the black + red + grey-blue combination is the true appeal of this otherwise devilish palette! Also the unspoken point of these Pixelation challenges seems to be to use all colors. Notwithstanding, experiment time! 2 versions: 4- and 3-color.

 voted.  Mainly because of the challenging pallete.

Also, I'm really not feeling that blue. A quick fix could be replacing it all with red (although, that does remove some detail); so, perhaps that's not quite what you were aiming for - but it does seem eerier.

It is goodly unfinished.
