Thanks for comments, it's funny you mention the teeth, I had them in and the whole mouth looked wrong, it was'nt dark enough, i kept squinting and looking at it from across the room etc, and I felt it worked better how it is now.

Squinting makes it increibly readable. I do think the face is too round/wide, and the lack of teeth makes it much less recognisable.

It still works, but this one has a bit too low resolution or bad technique, it looks washed out and is not very recognizable! Perhaps do the important details like eye and mouth a bit more simplistic next time to improve readability?

 That looks amazing! I can't even describe what it looks like, but it looks good! You should consider making a larger one to fit more detail in. I bet it'd look great!
