Because the Illuminati love demon eyes, breasts, bull skulls and vagina? :p
This looks like a velvet airbrush painting only way crisper (and of course much smaller).
The way that blue and warm tone blend..
So great
Weird and beautifull at the same time!
But doesn't it damage your brain to work for a long time on such a piece?
"Can't belive this only got a 10th..
Deserved a 5, least."
I must agree with this statement. Most of opther works were rly way worse than this one
It's a masterpiece as for me ,but that's just my own opinion.
Can't belive this only got a 10th..
Deserved a 5, least.
greenraven: Luis Royo is actually one of my favourite artists, at least in that genre. His works appeals to me much more than the works of Vallejo. :)
Demon Vagineers? now ain't that something.
Good Job on the pixel art though.
En av dina bättre verk, mycket pg.a paletten. Snyggt som fan
On the mouth of the thing/ forehead of the skull, is a vagina? love it
Simple masterpiece... so as and all works at lovely Amiga ;)
yrizoud: Well, it isn't really that simple. Grafx doesn't seem to handle the palette data so that it is "compatible" with the OCS restrictions. Believe me, I have tried, and I could give you examples as soon as I set up my Amiga again.
Grafx2 will do linear interpolation, so slider 0-15 gives #00, #11, ... #EE, #FF in the image palette. All 24 bits are saved in formats like GIF or PNG, while ILBM (IFF) supports only 18 bit colors anyway.
As I understand it, if the white and black of your PC monitor don't feel the same as the white and black of your amiga monitor, only hardware adjustments (contrast brigthness) can reduce the difference, or on the PC you need to fine-tune a color profile according to your perception of the differences.
I guess I haven't said you how much I love your work - and this one is another very great piece too.
You've got the old school spirit :) And that's some badass AA sir.
Also, boobies.
weird nudity indead. But amazing worke and the detail is insane!
Oh shii... I should upload the "real" final version with duplicate colors removed, but I don't trust Grafx2 with the OCS colors so I have to set up my Amiga again before I can do that... Or use an emulator...
Yes, the palette could be tweaked shitloads more, but my brains was pretty much reduced to some kind of fruit salad at the party so I decided to don't bother any more.
Great!...and slightly disturbing, hehe. Killer AA.
Though, I would have tried to tweak the palette a bit to smoothen that harsh red/bright-brown border. (Btw. it's 30 colors: 29 + a duplicate black)
Hay Guise, What kind of bees make milk!!?
Answer: Boobees!!
back on topic.. seriously... you really pixelled this? AA and all..?
Gosh... This looks like the best pixelated games from the amiga...
