About the anim,

make the whole thing bob up and down .

• up when the wings go down,
• down when the wings go up.

also the wings don't curve enough before they flap downwards IMO.

also also, I thought it was a parrot ^___^;;

 Yeah I thought about that. I'm thinking about trying to make a better tail so I can animate that too...

looks incredibly awkward to just have the wings move :p
