Oh! I didn't know you could do that. But thinking about it, it makes sense. I'm using GraphicsGale, but it seems my pallet is the same for each frame. As in changing a colour index affects all the frames. Any tip on how to do the magic?

Per frame it is. 4 colour indexes. One of the colour indexes changes between frames. Global colour count of 8.
