You forgot about left leg twisted around the knee. I thought it looks like he has eyes, fingers and ears. OK, I was wrong.
not bad, but it feels like a clay model that hasn't been fully sculpted, due to the mitten-hands and lack of eyes or ears. the proportions of the face could be checked as well, especially between the nose and mouth.
Need more detailes in the clothes and hands, I think lighter colors would look nice
