lots of jaggies and inconsistently applied aa. the dark grey is too close to black, the aa in general is grey rather than blue for some reason. you're also suffereing from too little aa, sometimes more than a single dot is called for.
By "16 colours" you mean "6 colours" right? ;) I'm actually a bit disapointed it wasn't 4 colours. I think I like cute and bossy penguins, and the fact that it looks like a road sign :D
