how do I get the animations?

I absolutely love those sprites and the design of the level! I'm making a browser platform flash game, could I use them inside it?

I'm curious how you  animated on such a small level, because i've also got an entire sheet of characters that look very similar.

Okay, okay - okay.
I will try to use them, I just don't have enough time right now to create something valuable.
I may be unemployed next month (right for christmas, yay!) and I should have some time. 

... But honestly, I hope I'll keep my current job.
