@Super: I think you saw some of my first pieces.
The last things which I made especailly for the maker were some sprites and animations for SKS back in September. I don't really have time for the maker in any way right at the moment because there are other more important things and projects and I also have to finish school. At least I am checking out the forums from time to time. If a new top game gets released I'll definitely play it.
Of course I still have the dream of my own game, but I guess it's better to start with it later, that I don't have to redo all things again and again because I am changing that much in a very short time. I am learning everyday something new. at the moment I am trying to learn as much as I can and I am testing out different techniques with my personal stuff to find a good and nice style which fits also excellent together with my personality. Once I know the style I am aiming for I'll maybe start with creating my own game but this day is far away.
But hey, you have seen Gregory and Creya ;) I showed already some puzzle pieces =)
These are great! Love all your work, glad to see you're getting better and better.
Very good, you improved a lot since I saw your first pixalart!
[ger] Arbeitest du eigentlich noch an was anderem außer Rift Forge? Oder ganz aus der RPG-Maker Szene zurück gezogen?
just no words!
it's wonderfull! really amazin' work!
You did an infantry man in 30 mins. Was that with any animation or different angles? You said "front and back" so presumably you did at least 2 frames...which means you made a frame every 15 mins? That's insane.
Great pixelling too.
Ah you sure did, way better now. Glad you took the time to do it.
So much better ! I'm keeping this one as a reference.
yes it's a rhino dressed up as a bunny, made for Easter. Also have to say that I fixed the presentation.
now you can look closely at everything. I had no clue how to present them, now it should be better. The sprites you can see here were all made during october, in average each cavalry took (front and backframe) 1.5h, each infantry unit (front and backframe) 0.5h - each level is counted as a single sprite.
now it should be possible. Any other ideas for the presentation?
Is it just me or is there some kind or pink easter rhino/bunny or whatever at the bottom ? Great stuff by the way, but I agree with what was said before: this picture is obviously not convenient.
I agree with Eldboll, interesting stuff, but at least a link to a sprite sheet would be nice, so's we can examine them.
Bit too unnecessarily large image, if I can atleast some sort of criticism strangle out of this awesome set.
I like it, but I think this is a really shitty way to present your work in ;D I want to look closely at everything and examine details. Pretty hard to do when the sprite your looking at switches to another every other second!
Other than that, solid work! How long did it take to sprite it all?
The pink rhino rocks!
