Weekly Challenge: Ultra-Close Portrait
no offense, but is this a boy or a girl? Kind of reminds me of Kurt from the show Glee, but with a thinner face.
Thanks! Yeah, I kinda suck at proportions, so I used this as a pattern as I draw, the picture itself is amazing so I don't deserv much credit for that.
Actually I kind of like the eye and the nose (I stay very close to ref for these) and kinda dislike the rest
This piece has something interesting in it.
I know it's not perfect, but it has something... don't know what, but i voted this.
I can't quite figure it out either :/ On one hand the anotomy and proportions are great. Very naturalistic and pretty <3 Did you use a reference?
On the other hand some of the highlights and shadows have an almost random feel, and seems very roughly applyed. It has a lot of potential though, that's for sure!
