 I like this, especially the mouth and eyes.

I have to agree that a purple buffer would help. Especially on the eyebrows that seem to float over the face.

add a purple to buffer?

and how can i improve that, oh wise one? 

 The only thing I did not like was the bad transition from red to blue.

The only thing I find weird about this is the eyebrow, but I may be wrong.
