I like all of your work a fair amount - but there is one thing i will say, and ill say it here since this is the best example. I know it is your style, but the lighting is a little overdone and it really begins to detract from the overall quality of your work, which is excellent. It begins to make people look like they are almost chrome. It would be interesting to see a both light sources blended together, rather than do what is essentially a monochromatic image and a color image spliced together.
I like these portraites but they are a little difficult to see at the size they are drawn, but i know that sprites are rarely intended to be displayed at the size they are drawn
