The only big crit I have is that the arm blends into the torso and it becomes a bit muddled there. 

This looks very great! Reminds me about the good old SNES days, could be an image out of a game's character select screen out of that time.

I never really got into serious PA. I mean the kind that needs delicate treatment. I like things oldschool with simple colour-ramps and visible pixel-steps. Really.

I spot a lot of banding, which is a shame.

Good one but the shading on his left (from his point of view) foot looks a bit sloppy and the geometry there does not feel as clean and well defined as in the rest of the piece and the gun seems to be sealed off by a rounded shiny black cap.
