looks good, but you need more AA on her hair, like you said. also, another flaw would be her cheek facing the light...... except that it has no light on it. her hair on that side has so much light, but her cheek just says "blah." the same goes for her ear. it's there, but you can barely make out shadows and there are no highlights. since it's cearly facing the light, there should be very distinct shadows and highlights. also, her shoulder is shaded wierdly.... there isn't enough colors to make the shading smooth and skin-like.

i probably missed some other key things..... but it's 6:30 am, and i'm beat. goodluck :)
