The original was flipped, scaled to 44%, color-reduced and possibly had a few pixels tweaked by hand. A lot of redundancies in the palette.You did reference the original and tracing is acceptable to some extent, but then the original should preferrably also be the work of the author - this is basically just a straight copy of someone else's work - regardless of how it was produced.
