Hmm, I actually like the dithered effect here. It gives it a real sharpness and is done well. High contrast is always fetching in my book. ;D

looks like the secret twin Gene Simmons' parents never told him about...and ditto everything Badassbill said...My only problem is the tongue. I think it's just me, but I don't like it when blue touches green. Maybe tongue could go for some brown or yellow color instead?

Looks Great. The shading is good and the overall design is imagenative and bold. Despite the overall great affect here, some parts look like they would have been better anti aliased with another shade instead of dithered.
