I am not a big fan of this particular way of shading though... with the bubbles and all.
It looks like the stuff of that guy on DA... forgot the name...
i use the cute spheres too, but not like everywhere... XD

Its Styllized dithering as he stated.

The AAing is abit much as it wasnt applied correctly. because you overused it, alot of areas became banded and also pillow shading is created.

 Yhea you should try to get rid of the black lines 

This piece could really use  a less harsh palette, and making all the borders black make's it look kind of cheep, try making the borders on the side of the lgiht source (in this case to the left) one or two shades higher in the palette.
I really like it though. ~delicious watermelon~

You used the same texture in the hair and everything... If you put here black and white it will look like she's statue. Try using different textures
