I think there is a parallax issue in the vid: the first row of hills moves too fast relatively to the mountains and sky.
The girl could also use one more frame at the end.
Reminds me of Vanillaware's game Kumatanchi, very nice.

I was not expecting this much cuteness. Video is lovely.
Only thing that stood out is at the very end when the girl arrives and turns around the ponytail gives the illusion the head shrunk. Maybe she needs a bow on the hair :/
the character are top notch, the background is a little less perfect, especially the brown building on the left...
