It's not bad at all. It still reminds me of the Sega Genesis graphic format with all the dithering. : )
Pretty ambitious piece its working really well in some areas. I think its a little difficult to follow whats going on. The first panel looks pretty nice but I think you could simplify the wrinkles on the cloth a bit more its looks a little too sharply textured for flowing cloth. I like how you have the light shining through the wings, but they could probably be refined a bit more as well. The last panel is really great with the little star effect and the galaxy-ish thing bellow.
