Well I guess you werent holding a PSP in your hand while looking at it? I was, and had a referance pic at the side too.
I think the size matches.

I like the colours and the actual quality of the work is good, but this psp looks slighty too tall and not wide enough, if you see what I mean...

I'd stretch it a bit length-ways (you'd only really need to extend stuff rather than re-draw it)

I like this, the colors are spot on.  I'm not going crazy over it, but you did a fair job.

No AA never it makes it (by my oppinion) look less like a pixel art

Looks Great! All it needs is some anti aliasing around the edge.
