 I think there was a challenge here or on wayofthepixel a few years back to do a piece using a crap palette, and I started but never finished. Since I'm in a finishing mood, I went back to it. The colors are on the bottom right corner (white, yellow, orange, red, cyan, dark blue, dark green, black)

 The dithering is definitely excessive ( you seem to use basically hte same dithering regardless of the texture of the object you're shading, so it makes everything look granular and rough), but it brings up fond memories for me of old CGA games and the poor artists' attempts to eke out aesthetically acceptable artwork from that terrible palette.
