I was inspired to do this by the awesome boardgame Forbidden Island: www.boardgamegeek.com/boardgame/65244/forbidden-island

I had this image in my head of a point-and-click adventure game based on the boardgame and I decided to make all the player roles into pixel characters. Tried to give myself some limits so all characters are 16 colours + transparency.

I like the cartoony proportions (and the idea of an adventure game). The two leftmost adventurers are my favorite of the bunch.
