I like the sparkling bits of red shooting up in the bottle but I think with something reflective like glass, a bigger contrast in the colours you use might help, so a darker outline and then lighter reflections perhaps.

I think it would look better with transparency inside bottle. It seems strange that you see the liquid clearly, but not the background

 Not bad, but I think it could look more like liquid with more shading.
