Nice. But,

-Feet detail is much much more sharp than the rest of the pic.
-Anatomy would probably work better is he had no neck at all - just attach his head directly above the top of his sternum.

This could easily be a Dark Soul enemy :-)

Black color doesn't compliment the picture.

 The proportions are maybe a little too extreme for me, and i wish there were 1 or 2 more colours but it's pretty cool!
