 Two... well, ONE, rather. ONE character from a webcomic I'm trying to create. He's the one on the right. The one on the left is a Goonie - like a Will 'o the Wisp, only creepier.

 I agree, please cut down on the dithering.

would look much better without being covered in dithering, dithering is something that should really only be used sparsely and when necessary
