Why put the work in steps like that in the gallery?
As Cure suggests, make a link of this image in the description and post only the final product in the detail file.
Only the final image should be submitted to the gallery, but you're free to link to WIP stages in the piece's description. And as DawnBringer pointed out, the background isn't pixel art, so it will need to be removed from the final submission.
The red background is not pixelart so you'll probably have to get rid of that. There's a lot of banding around the chin area and on the jacket.
