too little contrast in the colors, so most of your shading is barely visible. colors are too saturated and also too bright. light source is confused, and the character design is generally uninteresting, being nothing more than a few geometric shapes. I can't tell what the blue thing is, the wizard hat is pretty stumpy, the robotic elements aren't very apparent. I'd recommend rethinking the entire charcter design, and thinking about what exactly your character is and how he operates (what his anatomy is as well as what his motives/character are). The WIP forums are a good resource for receiving feedback and critique with which to improve your pixels.
