Forgive my newbieness. This seems to be the appropriate way to submit a pixel for use as an avatar. This is just a basic pixel version of my usual avatar.

Cute character.

Some crits:

I feel the sharp single pixels at the corners of the belly are a bit harsh.

The orange againt the light-grey also a bit harsh (add some antialiasing maybe).

You've got a bunch of duplicate near-identical colours in there.
