well actually the 2nd link provides the reference.

 I suppose the question is then 'has enough pixelling been done to overcome the photographic base?' in this case I lean toward yes, though the 2 color reclining nude in the gallery I'm less certain about. This grey area is the reason providing the references for photograph-based pixels is important.

How is this not just a touched up photo?
