There are three version of this deadly weapon of mass destruction

and i will describe them shortly...

PRB-412c - This units are trained to distract enemies. PRB-412c tries to come as close as possible to choosen enemy and then... unexpectedly.. start staring at him stupidly. Elite veteran units tries even to make stupid smiles.

It can distract enemy and somtimes even SLOW DOWN a little!!!

PRB-E414z - This are very  dangerous and deadly variation of PRB. Units of that type (codename yellowdog) are using most advanced and decepive war strategies.  

They hunt relentlesly for some hungry enemy and then realase water from their well hidden secret container. After that they try to convince oponent with wide variety of arguments to eat fresh crunchy fish. (there are stories that one of them succeded!|)

HAHA and there is a trap - fish isn't as fresh as it looks like - it could make enemies sick! or even makes their stomach pain.
