I have to agree, there doesn't seem to be any need for the black background, but otherwise very awesome :D
Would probably look a lot nicer if you got rid of the black background.
Very nice shading, it seem really mettalic.
On the other hand, the "horn" looks odd. Personally, I think the white line is not necessary.
