Umm... I don't have a DeviantArt page... :S This is the first page I've uploaded pictures...
I've seen your DeviantArt page and I'm curious, why did you convert to pixel art? You seem perfectly capable with regular anime styled drawing.
yeah... I think that's what was missing.
But I have a pic in my mind what I could start drawing... And this time I'll use less colours and more AA! :D

I think the only thing I need is imagination (and practice ofc.) First I was like: "Oh now I know what I'll draw!"

"Nahh.. Looks stupid" And that had to happen like 10000x
But yeah... I was thinking about AA, but then I noticet that I had used already over 40 colors so...
But good news! :D I have managed to design a pic in my mid with mah low AQ and I'm thinking about fulfilling it...
(And yes, it's an anime! Again...)

the hair is great! I think more contrast and It would look even better.
The face is nice but the body is a little too much unrefined.
the body colors are: Dark and Light, you dont have a transition,
I hope I explained well that. Dithering also is well appreciated
on big pixel arts with low color numbers.
I cant see AA here, it would help a lot more.
You showed to have patience thats is one of the principles of
pixel art. You just need practice =)

You could try to move one of the tears (rips, cuts) closer to the middle of the pipe, so it both aren't leaking out of the sides. Also, the Nuclear logo on the gas mask looks like it could be enhanced.
Finally, 47 colors is quite a bit. I see that the main seperations are of the eyes, skin, hair, and background. If you could lower it down to about 25 colors, it'd be great.
47 colors? :O... try to improve that. I think you could easy do the same with 16 colors. Also you could add some AA.
