That reminds me a bit "licker" from Resident Evil. The drawing and colors are fabulous !
This is why I don't have a flashlight near my bed. :) I'm better off not knowing.
That stance... looks strange. I 'd go with AirStyle about the head not being attached to his neck. Also, the right arm (so, on the left) looks like bent too much, as if the shoulder have something wrong.
Nonetheless, it looks delicious. Special mention on anatomy, lightning and colors choices!
Beefy bottom paired with almost-no-skin skull... What is this creature, by the way? =) So cool.

I feel like his head is a little too far over to the left...like his head isn't attached to his neck. If so, then his chin would line up the center of his chest usually and then, when turned, cover up the top section of his left pec, perspectively. Right now, it look like his head is resting on his right shoulder.
This palette is really... delicious! I almost want to steal it for myself :P
